What is an immune system diet? What are the foods that support the immune system? Can dietary choices protect us from fear of pandemics, epidemics and all the crazy things going around in today’s world? Making salad this way, is an amazing delightful addition to everyday diet that can really help support the immune system in a powerful way.

Another delicious immune support in our everyday nutrition is green superfoods. Have you noticed lately how popular green smoothies are? You haven’t lived till you’ve had a green smoothie! Popular green powders area made from a combination of grasses and algae – all of which have amazing micro-nutrition, anti-cancer and healing qualities.

Try starting out your day by throwing the following ingredients (or close based on what you have) in the blender and enjoy:

  • 1 cup rice milk or almond milk
  • 1 heaping tablespoon favorite green powder (from natural food store )
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • several pieces frozen banana or handful frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches)
